LinX HK Technology Limited (“LinX”, “we”, “us”) operates this corporate website, its contact form and the Resume ATS Match Score tool. 1. Data we collect

The contact form collects your name, email address, role, location, message and consent record. The ATS tool processes resume text and the job description locally in your browser; it submits only your contact details, score, consent and form source to us. It does not upload your resume, job description or extracted keywords. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information and request logs.

We do not sell personal data or use enquiry and ATS contact data for unrelated advertising. Where consent is the basis for processing, you may withdraw it at any time.

3. Sharing and international transfers

Cloudflare provides website hosting and security. FormSubmit delivers form submissions to contact@linxhk.ai, which uses Zoho Mail. These providers process the information needed to operate those services. LinX is based in Hong Kong and uses global providers, so information may be processed outside your location. Contact us for questions about recipients or cross-border processing.

4. Retention and security

We retain enquiry and ATS contact records only as long as needed to respond to requests, meet legal requirements and resolve disputes. We use reasonable access controls and security measures. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to know how we process your data, access or correct it, withdraw consent, object to or restrict processing, request deletion or a copy, and make a complaint. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

6. ATS scoring and product access

The website ATS tool calculates an indicative keyword-coverage score locally; it is not an employer’s ATS evaluation or a hiring decision. Luminpath is a separate product at luminpath.ai. Review the privacy notices and permissions presented there before using resume analysis or automated application features.

7. Children

This website and its tools are intended for people aged 18 or older. Do not submit information about a child through these forms.
